1Introduction & Eligibility

2Account Registration & Verification

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be closed.

3Bonus & Promotions Policy

• Each bonus offer includes a wagering requirement — typically 20x–40x the bonus amount.
• Each bonus claim has a set expiry period — once expired, the bonus is automatically cancelled.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once will be considered bonus abuse.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — only one bonus can be used at a time.
• Bouncball reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

4Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits on Bouncball can be made via mobile banking and various e-wallets. Withdrawals are generally processed quickly — however, withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the registered payment method used for deposits. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active will result in the bonus being cancelled.

5Betting Rules

General rules apply to Sports Betting, live betting, and gaming on Bouncball. These rules are in place to ensure transparency and integrity across the Platform.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed — except where a cash-out option is available.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets on that match are generally voided and stakes refunded.
• Odds may change before a match or during live betting — odds on confirmed bets are not affected.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set for each game or market.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Bouncball reserves the right to void the affected bet.

6Prohibited Activities

Certain activities are strictly prohibited on Bouncball. If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and funds on deposit may be forfeited.

• Operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Using another person's account or buying/selling accounts.
• Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems.
• Involvement in match fixing or manipulation of results.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of illegal financial activity.
• Registering an account using falsified personal or financial information.

7Account Closure & Suspension

Bouncball may close or suspend an account for the reasons listed below. If your account is suspended, please contact Bouncball support.

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the member's own request — as part of responsible gaming support.

Members may close their account at any time. The option to withdraw any remaining balance will be provided before closure.

8Responsible Gaming

• Cooling-off period — take a break of 24 hours to 30 days.
